Conceptual planning is the process of evaluating the multitude of alternatives to accomplish our clients' needs. This often involves over viewing and evaluation of a project. The evaluation process is the first step to achieving a superior end product.



Listening and talking to understand your goals, constraints, and your diverse needs, then, as a team, considering the various solutions is integral to effective planning. Understanding the needs of those who will ultimately use the facility and translating those needs into alternate designs and solutions is the foundation of a successful project.

With the design-build process, we take the Owner's vision and project requirements and turn them into reality.  From the start of the project, we are fully engaged in all areas of the development process with our in-house design team, estimators, and construction team, providing a true "one-stop shopping" approach and single source responsibility.
